Beaumont de la Roche (Beautiful Mountain of the Rock) is a family office structure and we invest our own money into various opportunities as and when we see fit supported by strategic investment partners, developers, institutional funds and private equity. Our purpose is to secure and realise real estate development opportunities that will return at a minimum 100% gross profits that typically will see a 60% net return. This approach is achieved through rigorous due diligence and stress testing with multiple exit strategies in place to mitigate against risk and maximise fund placement over set periods of exposure.
We work with a pool of HNW, SCSI and institutional investors (our community) on the majority of our projects. When we have completed our due diligence on an opportunity we will share it with our community and allow them to decide whether to participate alongside us or not. Our community of selected invitation only participation have the option to work with us directly on specific projects, or multiple projects over specific timeframes. This gives options for income producing positions and profit shares.
With over 150 years combined experience in real estate development, Beaumont de la Roche Ltd was formed in Belfast Northern Ireland in 2025 as a UK company to take advantage of the Northern Ireland Protocol post Brexit to effectively operate as a fully fledged European company. Our business is specifically designed to act as a conduit to fully managed real estate development opportunities that we and our partners have confidence in concluding on, developing and realising significant returns for our community.
As a collective we have historically been involved with a large number of successful projects that have hit all of our investment criteria on time and within budget.
