Our investment model is underpinned by a robust, asset-backed security structure. Capital is deployed into real estate developments, each ring-fenced within its own Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). These SPVs isolate liabilities and are monitored by independent legal and financial professionals.

If Beaumont de la Roche Ltd ceases trading, investor capital remains protected. Each development is structured within its own SPV, ensuring legal separation of assets. We also have an external trustee asset manger overseeing the invested funds to protect clients interests and act as an additional fiduciary layer of protection.

Beaumont de la Roche Property Ltd is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and participation is only open to (i) persons falling within any of the categories of ‘investment professionals’; or (ii) persons falling within any of the categories of ‘high-net worth entities’; or (iii) persons who are ‘self-certified sophisticated investors who have professional experience of participating in unregulated schemes and the units to which this communication relates are available only to such persons. Any persons who do not fall into these categories including retail clients should not rely on it.

We typically use our own capital on projects and do use banking finance for certain projects however raising private capital offers greater flexibility, speed of deployment, and higher investor returns than traditional bank finance. It also allows us to build a sustainable investment firm based on long-term relationships with trusted investors, increasing our capacity to utilise private equity in ongoing developments.

30-54% Fixed Return, 24-36 Month Bond, Coupon Paid annually, in arrears. Capital is repaid at the redemption of the bond by sale or refinance of property or land.

The investment is fully managed by Beaumont de la Roche and our partners. The minimum investment is £25,000. There is no formal maximum, although larger amounts may undergo additional due diligence.

Security through UK property transactions and will only support developments that meet the strict criteria, providing a vital component to property investors within the UK.
